Assessment of Previous Academic Record

Apply for recognition of examinations already passed and find out how to continue your studies in Electrical Engineering.

When it is required

Before transferring or enrolling

Anyone wishing to enrol in the Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Programme in Electrical Engineering after attending another Degree Programme or university, or following an interruption of studies, must first request an assessment of their previous academic record from the Teaching Coordination Committee.

The Committee examines the courses and examinations already completed and determines which activities may be recognized within the new study programme.

For admission to the Master’s degree

The assessment of the previous academic record is also used to verify compliance with the Degree Programme’s curricular requirements. View the Master’s degree admission requirements.

How to submit the application

Download, complete and send

Complete the application form, attach the required documents and send everything to the Teaching Coordination Committee’s email address.

After submission

Notification of the outcome

After the Teaching Coordination Committee has adopted its decision, the applicant will be contacted by the Chair and informed of the outcome and the steps required to proceed with the transfer or enrolment.
