Definitions

Types of Cookies
Based on the characteristics and usage of cookies, we can distinguish different categories:
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the sites and are used to manage login and access to reserved site functions. Cookie Duration
Some cookies (session cookies) remain active only until the browser is closed or the logout command is executed. Other cookies “survive” the browser closure and are available on subsequent user visits. These cookies are called persistent cookies, and their duration is set by the server at the time of their creation. In some cases, an expiration is set; in others, the duration is unlimited.
